For the first time we have a winner two weeks in a row! For the second week in a row, Jessica Hall has won the Look of the Week. This week she won with her blue tunic dress that she wore to the Benchwarmers “Stars & Stripes” Event benefiting the charity “Children of the Night” at Colony Nightclub on June 29. She paired her dress with nude open toed pumps and a pink Violent Lips tattoo with stars.
